Not good. I feel like I was deceived and taken advantage of..I did only want the 1 device but received 2 and got charged for 2 and got charged $161.21For a premium membership which I was wtf...nit cool.
Because I did not want 2 devices nor to pay a monthly fee... not cool..not Happy...
I ordered on April 26th. I tried to cancel immediately, but it went through.
You sent me 2 sensors and charged me a premium monthly fee, which I did not want or was aware of until my bank contacted me because I have an alert set up. They said it was a suspicious act, so I was contacted. I saw the amount you took out of my account. Not happy.
I want a refund, please.
I'll send back the sensors and want a refund for the amount you took out of my account. Please make this right.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. It's a typical subscription scam and the unit really doesn't tell you that much. A similar one from temu or AutoZone and a little practice is the same as a shop.
I have weak cell signals and they tried to call me to discuss the problem. I missed the calls and they went ahead and found my account and refunded me the money plus a overdraft fee.
This is the problem, this is the 3rd or 4th time Fixd has taken money out of my account. I cancelled it years ago because I was billed and never received the unit.
Then every spring they bill me for service on my Wells Fargo account. I never set up the app.

Couldnt make connection with a live person called after five must call back Monday or please call me back at 352-228-****. I signed up for two fixed devices at each st 19.99 total price on there was 39.99 after it went through it came up 49.99.
Then I received a call from my banks fraud division saying they needed to be sure it was me making this order but said you are trying to at first charge me 49.99 which I did not agree to . Then 105.99 which I dont know why? Guessing its because the bank stopped the order till they checked with me. I referred to my order and the price o agreed to which is 19.99 each then for two it said 29.99 I still have that in my e mail.
Which comes out 38.00.
Then you tried to charge me to sign up for extra information on things you have there which I did not want it sign. All I want here is just the two fixed Devices I ordered at 19.99 each and already have. Thats it ! I dont want anything else and its not 49.99 or 105.99!
Do call me Monday do you can get it right with my bank and I will also. I want to keep the two I have for the 19.99. Thats it. Very easy !
No late charges or cancellation fees or stop fees I had no idea it ever happened till you reached out today to tell me . I mean it sure took you long enough. So I should be charged 38.00 ! Thank you !
Joanne vantine. Os my bank said its ok to charge my card now . I can use it. Ill reach out to them Monday as well they shouldnt be doing stuff like this every time a person uses their card!
Why have it of we have up go through all this every time! Not right . I get why but every time? They should just call you right then a text asking is this you with a code thats it then continue on once they see it is us.
Not Waite days on both sides to tell you theres a problem must of me . Theres a shorter way than this every time you use a card .

I tried to buy the 3pk. But purchase declined Td says my acct.
& card is fine its your company & website @ fault. Please fix it ASAP so I can make my purchase. If you want me to continue spreading gd. Words about your product.
Both # that were provided were out of service, why is that? That's not how you run a business if you want it to last.

Nothing!!! All the app does for the most part is to sell you their premium package instead of helping you with the scan!!!
When I first got it, it worked well, you could see the engine codes and clear them to see if they come back, but now you can't clear them.
Totally worthless. Will toss it and get a system that works.

I canceled the subscription and they continuously try to take money out of three accounts when I've only authorized one. so I don't know where the other two came from or how they got them I should say I'm keeping all my cards locked but I am still getting some NSF because of it

Fix issues with updating constantly because some of us who bought multiple plug-ins don't always have newer phones or phones that won't update to your newer requirements. I updated a year ago and my phone won't update to 17.0, so plug-ins are useless. Writing 100 words or symbols is dumb and stupid because who's going to take care of these issues anyway?
