Talk about the annual fee
There is nothing more frustrating than trying to reach a customer service representative and all you get is a answering service that does not satisfy your needs or even address what youre trying to call for in a situation like this because you to write the company very low. There is no offer of a return call or any way to resolve your problem.
I wanted to speak to someone in reference to the annual fee that your company has been charging me and yet once again, I have no satisfaction in this area.
I would love for someone to give me a call.

When I went to check out, my total was $21 and change for 1 scanner. All of a sudden, I put my card in and checked out, and the price jumped up to something like $50.

Can’t talk to a live person
I was billed in December for premium service $99. Now I received notice you're billing again on Jan 14th, 2026.
What's up? I have sent previous messages without response.

No one to talk to no one called back
Read that 67% was discounted went to purchase it and it come up to 50 something dollars where it was only supposed to be 20 I made the phone call to try to find out why and nobody ever answered made several attempts my bank called me wondering about there was fraudulent to my card so I told him yes reason being because nobody ever answered my call otherwise I would have forgotten the fixed

The post office indicated that the FIXD sensor was delivered to my mailbox. When I checked my mailbox, it wasn’t there.
I called the customer service and explained my situation. They said they would review, which apparently they did.
Within six days, I had a new one sent to me, which I did receive. Excellent customer service and an admirable policy.

Charges
I did not have a premium account; I have the basic package. So why am I being charged £93.06?
Even at today's rate, it should have been £73. But again, I did not sign up for the premium package.

December 30th I bought device fixd it was charge 43 dollars and 28 cents I have not received nothin I want to talk to a live persong I canceled the order but you're still charged me for it

FIXD is a fraudulent company, they charged my card without my authorization and put me in a mess and I can’t reach them by phone on Saturday.
Fixd is a fraudulent company, they charged my card without my permission. I saw an add on YouTube by Fixd begging people to buy their product for just $19 and I fell into the trap of actually buying it.
Fast forward, two weeks later I saw a surprise charge of $99.99 without any explanation from Fixd. They actually did not explain the reason I was charged and since the $19+tax item was delivered to me after Christmas of 2025 I never even used it.
