Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology.
I needed help to print a return label and I have to wait for an email.
The answering machine stated, "agents speak only english." The lady I was connected with, had an accent almost, unintelligible.
Besides that, mess. Having to complete a survey, before being able to print a lable is ridiculous.

I have tried numerous times to get my refund of 99.99 for premium subscription that I did not order for over a month and still haven't got it. I can't seem to talk to anyone about it since it sends you to support through email.
It's a joke! I've sent them a screenshot of the charge and still have not received a refund.

You took my money and I didn’t want to use the gadget
I got the device and I was super excited about it. I figured that I would be able to use it when I wanted to.
I tried to use it in my car. I plugged it in when I first got it and then it said something about a subscription and I didnt want that so I didnt sign up for it and I just put my thing away and I figured that I would if I wanted to use it I would sign up for it when I wanted to use it. Well I got a freaking charge on my Card this morning and I its been trying to get money. I havent had money and the second I got $100 to feed my children.
Its taken in a second and I have no money now to feed my children and I need my money back right now I didnt want to use this. I bought it when I could so I could use it when I wanted it. I wasnt ready to use it , I didnt know that I had to pay $100 to use it. Thats crazy.
I need my money back. Please give me a call back 612-217-**** Sara Box.

I don't ask for any other order than the FIXD device to check the car. I don't want any premium subscription or any other thing and I asking for the cancellation of this and the money return.
You charge me $105.99 and I need my money back. If you want your device is not problem for me to send it back to you.

Credit card charges. On 4-8-25 I had 2 charges on my card,$32.45 and $48.68.
Then on 4-24-25 I had 1 charge of $106.59.i had ordered 3 units.
What are the extra charges for ? Please respond.

Well the lady I was talking to could not understand me to Well because she said I fading in in out but I was asking her about my order on the fixd tool that I ordered but she couldn't tell me anything without my order number so she said that your team would send me a email witch in turn would have my order number on it but I need to know when I'll be receiving my order I paid for witch was about $63 dollars an some change so please let me know thanks

I cancelled my subscription right after I activated it to make sure that I did not forget to cancel it, and they still tried to charge my card. Thankfully, my bank declined it, but now I can't get a hold of them. However, I do have a screenshot of where I cancelled it.

I ordered fixd in preparation for purchasing a used car in about six months. Well about two weeks later my account was charged a plus 100 dollar amount for some yearly subscription that was never mentioned anywhere when I ordered it.
I know this because I pretended I was ordering another one and nowhere did it mentioned a subscription. I canceled it and got that back.
Then I returned the product Well within the 30 day requirement and was told as soon as it was scand in I would get my refund. Twenty days later I'm still waiting.

The company provided a partial refund. I then went through Paypal disputes and was able to obtain a full refund.
I was able to talk to a live representative by selecting the option to purchase an item. The representative was pleasant and stated that she would "send it up" and request a full refund for me.
She stated that it was Friday and I most likely would not hear anything until the following week. I also asked specifically if I would receive a transcript of our conversation and notification of resolution. She assured me that I would. Monday came about and I noticed that there was a refund initiated for $50.
At no point was there any discussion for a partial refund and I have never received any correspondence with details of a resolution. At this point, I sent all of the information that I had, including all of my emails and a detailed account of what the situation was to Paypal dispute team. They opened a case and sided with me for the remaining amount of $49.99. So at this point, I am whole again from a financial aspect.
However, if not for extreme diligence and badgering from me, I would not have anything. I am not clear if Paypal ate the cost of the refund or if Fixd actually granted a full refund.
Moving forward, I would suggest to you. If you are going to do business with this company, be prepared to pay for the premium service whether you want it or not and if you choose to dispute the charge, be prepared to fight for it.
I have done that several times and they keep telling me I can't get one. I got this service several years ago and they charged me last year as well and I called and they refunded my money because I did not agree to the premium service.
I don't even have this product anymore and I don't have the app. Avoid at all costs.

They charged my account and did not tell me that there was some type of subscription charge. I only used the device one time.
I would like to contact them but I do not have their phone number. And when I tried to call them through your company, they were not open. This is unacceptable. I was not notified of any additional charges.
Other than that of buying the device. Beware
