Unauthorized charges

This is the 3rd time they charged me for their subscription without my ok! Once I didnt even catch it so I try to reach out to them and the automated system sends you to the website. Then you finally get an email address and send them an email and 3 days later still no response!

While automation is good, actually talking to a live person is better. All I wanted is to stop a subscription. I have no idea if was successful. I keep getting caught in a loop of automation. Keeping in mind automation is only as good as the programmer. I would like confirmation that my subscription is canceled.

I ordered your 19.99 dollar special and then you turn around and charge me for two sensors and then try to take out $110 so you owe me $51 and some change.
