They kept sending a link to the help section that I had already reviewed several times. Once I requested a supervisor all communication stopped. I finally just cancelled the Premier service.

I was directed to their customer support website. I entered all my information along with the reason I wish to have a refund and it was refunded through PayPal almost immediately. I never did actually speak to anyone.

I would just like to get someone from customer service to call me so I can talk to them about returning my money for the yearly renewal of over $100.00. Nobody from FIXD sent me an email or a text, reminding that the renewal was coming up. If they had, I could have told them then, that I did NOT want to renew my membership. What is so hard about returning my email to them, or calling me? I gave them my telephone number in my text.
I won’t be referring anyone to them because their customer service sucks. You cannot find a telephone number that is currently working. If I don’t get my money back, ASAP, I will be contacting my attorney!
