They kept sending a link to the help section that I had already reviewed several times. Once I requested a supervisor all communication stopped. I finally just cancelled the Premier service.
I signed up for free, and they take my money and I don't know why??? Besides that thanks but no thanks
I was directed to their customer support website. I entered all my information along with the reason I wish to have a refund and it was refunded through PayPal almost immediately. I never did actually speak to anyone.
