They were taking money from my account that I did not approve. If they give you this option thing, don't go with it, because I got two of them who were supposed to have this other thing for free because I got two.
Then I looked at my account, and they're taking 100 and some dollars out. This is fraud, and I reported it.

I copied the number from the acknowledgement letter. No matter which way I tried to connect, there was no success.

I haven't even hooked the fixed app to my car. I ordered the fixed gadget for standard use, no extras, and they are trying to take $99.99 out of my account, which is going to cause me to turn them in for fraudulent activity, and I will not have access to my debit card.
It's a lose-lose situation.
If I wanted the extras, that is what I would have chosen. I did not, and the $99 charge should be immediately removed from my account.

When I ordered the Fixd device, all it said was to pay the special price for that day if I called at that moment. So, I did, and I was only charged $19.99.
Which I thought was great. Then, after using it to check my vehicle for problems, today I look at my account only to find you guys had overdrafted my account without my permission and consent, charging me $100. What kind of business are you running? You're doing things that gangstalkers do and behaving like a member of a gang-stalker group.
On top of that, when I used the device, nowhere in the app did I sign up to pay $99. Put my money back ASAP, or you're looking at a lawsuit.
You've overdrafted my account; this is unacceptable. I want my money now!

You're you're you're paying a little bit more, but less than a $100 for a nice proper one and guarantee that you will still get the codes or whatever is harming. Your vehicle will be shown by this little device. This fixed device might be 20 bucks. But they secretly just charged me a $100 without my consent or authorization. These *** gangstalking m************ hackers. Piece of *** Company if you ask me. Do not get anything from them.They're *** scammers. On top of that by charging me without making sense they also overdrafted my account over eighty dollars *** stupid *** idiots nothing but hacker thief's *** gangstalkers

Couldnt make connection with a live person called after five must call back Monday or please call me back at 352-228-****. I signed up for two fixed devices at each st 19.99 total price on there was 39.99 after it went through it came up 49.99.
Then I received a call from my banks fraud division saying they needed to be sure it was me making this order but said you are trying to at first charge me 49.99 which I did not agree to . Then 105.99 which I dont know why? Guessing its because the bank stopped the order till they checked with me. I referred to my order and the price o agreed to which is 19.99 each then for two it said 29.99 I still have that in my e mail.
Which comes out 38.00.
Then you tried to charge me to sign up for extra information on things you have there which I did not want it sign. All I want here is just the two fixed Devices I ordered at 19.99 each and already have. Thats it ! I dont want anything else and its not 49.99 or 105.99!
Do call me Monday do you can get it right with my bank and I will also. I want to keep the two I have for the 19.99. Thats it. Very easy !
No late charges or cancellation fees or stop fees I had no idea it ever happened till you reached out today to tell me . I mean it sure took you long enough. So I should be charged 38.00 ! Thank you !

Why have it of we have up go through all this every time! Not right . I get why but every time? They should just call you right then a text asking is this you with a code thats it then continue on once they see it is us.
Not Waite days on both sides to tell you theres a problem must of me . Theres a shorter way than this every time you use a card .

& card is fine its your company & website @ fault. Please fix it ASAP so I can make my purchase. If you want me to continue spreading gd. Words about your product.
Both # that were provided were out of service, why is that? That's not how you run a business if you want it to last.

I would just like to get someone from customer service to call me so I can talk to them about returning my money for the yearly renewal of over $100.00. Nobody from FIXD sent me an email or a text, reminding that the renewal was coming up.
If they had, I could have told them then, that I did NOT want to renew my membership. What is so hard about returning my email to them, or calling me? I gave them my telephone number in my text.I won’t be referring anyone to them because their customer service sucks. You cannot find a telephone number that is currently working.

You charged my checking account $108.89 for this year's subscription. I received no phone call, e-mail, or text telling me that my renewal was coming up.
If you had notified me, I would have told you that I do not want to renew my subscription. I purchased the FIXD meter last year and got the subscription then. However, I did NOT and do NOT want the subscription renewed. Therefore, I am requesting that you return my $108.89 to my checking account immediately.
I expect to see the deposit into my account no later than Wednesday, May 7th, 2025. I will be calling you tomorrow, May 6th, to make sure you got this message and that the refund is being processed.
