You sent me two sensors, and I only ordered one, and it was advertised for 1999. I did not order two sensors.

When I went to check out, my total was $21 and change for 1 scanner. All of a sudden, I put my card in and checked out, and the price jumped up to something like $50.

I was sent two of the units, the fixed units, and I only have one car. I only need one.

And also, I didn't know it cost $100 a year to use the full unit. And I can't afford that.

So she canceled the hundred dollars a year, and she also sent me instructions by email on how to return the second fixed unit. So I am satisfied.

I ordered more than one; I only needed one. I would like to return one of them and get a refund for one.

Product advertised at 19.99; by the time you order it, it goes to 47. I didn't ask for two fixd's, and I did not ask for warranties, and they just tack that on.

Very disappointed. I filed a dispute and want my money back and will get it. I called my credit card company immediately and alerted them of this scam.

This is a trick to double the price of the order. Don't use their site; it's a scam!

I ordered the Fixd for 19.99 with taxes on my card ending in 3640 that was legit charge my bank text me that 105.99 was charged to my card that I didnt authorize

I called and canceled a day after I placed an order. I was informed that day that I would be refunded.

I never received the merchandise, nor have I got my refund. I will report this matter to an attorney if I'm not refunded.

I was talking to customer service, explaining what was going on, and she acted like she couldn't hear me. Then she hung up.

I tried calling back; now it's saying all people are busy and can't answer the phone.

Something isn't right, and I feel like this is a scam. If I do not get some kind of answers or talk to someone to fix the problem, then I'm going to report you to the Better Business Bureau.

I was going to order the FIXD TOOL.BUT I DECIDED TO CANCEL BEFORE THE ORDER WAS COMPLETE. THE KEPT SENDING EMAILS TELLING ME I HAD JOINED.

I ordered the fixd gadget for $19.99 and with tax.my cash app was charged

$21.19. That was a legit charge.

But there was another charge of $42.38 that I did not authorize. I want my $42.38 put back in my Cash app account immediately. I will give fixd a bad review and verbally discourage equantiences.

I feel this is a ploy to get your payment and keep your money as long as possible. I have tried to cancel, but they send me to Google to cancel their service. I have nothing good to say about Fixd and this whole experience.
