This is a scam. I want my refund.

They make it impossible. After you purchase it for 19.99, then they start trying to collect another $100 a month for other crap related to the $19.99. This is so disgusting; nothing but a waste of my good money and time.

Do yourself a favor: save a headache, go to an auto parts store, and let them scan your car for free. Thank me later!

Recently, I purchased the FIXD scan tool. Five days later, I was charged a subscription fee of $105.99, which I had not ordered and did not know anything about.

I tried stopping the payment through PayPal, but it was denied. Not wanting to go through my credit card and have to cancel it and get a new one, I called FIXD, and to my surprise, I had the refund in 2 days.

Since I got my full refund, I am posting a positive review of FIXD but also warning others to be aware. Also, be careful of making Facebook purchases.

I have been overcharged four different times, and I would like my money refunded as soon as possible to my bank account, please, or you can cancel everything. Because I only made one single order with a special offer of one article for $19.99; with taxes, it was $21.00.

I ordered their device, and immediately after my phone beeped from my bank, I thought I was paying $19.99. My bank statement read $49.99.

Within 3 minutes, I called back and canceled my order, which they said was impossible to do. They said once the package is delivered, return it or don't accept it and you will get a refund. I brought it to the post office to have it sent back to the sender or seller, and that was over 3 weeks ago, almost four. It was in the middle of August.

I have still not heard any email back, and there is no $49.99 payment into my bank account. This is *** me off about this product.

They're saying that I ordered two devices which I did not I ordered one for $19.99 my bank set me a statement saying that my card was charged $49.99 I tried canceling within 2 minutes of ordering I wasn't able to right the lady at fix told me to refuse the delivery which I brought it to the post office they said they would send it back that was 4 weeks ago I still have not been refunded my $49.99 I am pissed the *** off

They charged me $99.00 for premium service that I didn't ask for or need. They dropped the charge upon request.

I'm a senior on fixed income and bought 1 sensor for what was $20. I then received 2 sensors and a bill for $43.61.

I discovered I was also charged $109.09, which appears to be a recurring charge.

I now find I'm having trouble returning the unused sensors, which I cannot use, and I never opened them. This feels like a scam that I cannot afford.

It's good but I wasn't ready to pay $99 a year for subscription. I thought it was just a one time charge of $19.99.
