Product advertised at 19.99; by the time you order it, it goes to 47. I didn't ask for two fixd's, and I did not ask for warranties, and they just tack that on.

Very disappointed. I filed a dispute and want my money back and will get it. I called my credit card company immediately and alerted them of this scam.

This is a trick to double the price of the order. Don't use their site; it's a scam!

I ordered the Fixd for 19.99 with taxes on my card ending in 3640 that was legit charge my bank text me that 105.99 was charged to my card that I didnt authorize

I called and canceled a day after I placed an order. I was informed that day that I would be refunded.

I never received the merchandise, nor have I got my refund. I will report this matter to an attorney if I'm not refunded.

I was talking to customer service, explaining what was going on, and she acted like she couldn't hear me. Then she hung up.

I tried calling back; now it's saying all people are busy and can't answer the phone.

I ordered the fixd gadget for $19.99 and with tax.my cash app was charged

$21.19. That was a legit charge.

But there was another charge of $42.38 that I did not authorize. I want my $42.38 put back in my Cash app account immediately. I will give fixd a bad review and verbally discourage equantiences.

I feel this is a ploy to get your payment and keep your money as long as possible. I have tried to cancel, but they send me to Google to cancel their service. I have nothing good to say about Fixd and this whole experience.

I ordered your product off of TV first it charged me 51 dollars when he's only supposed to charge me $20 then y'all turned around and trying to charge me $109 for something I haven't received yet that's a problem

You Charged my bank account $99.99.After I canceled subscription. ItWas 7 day free trial. Please refund my money to my account.

They actually sent me an email saying they have no record of any subscription with them, and that's exactly what I replied: how could they charge my credit card $99.99 if I haven't requested any premium service? That's all. I've already filed a claim with the bank and I expect them to refund the charge for a service I never requested.

They just automatically took it upon themselves to charge my account $99.99 for their subscription for a year. The box was still under the Christmas tree when they did that OMG, but in the long run, they refunded the money.

Phone was answered but no one said a word , just left me hanging on the phone. Your Product is good good, but your service stinks.
