Purchasing a device for $20 then charging $100 each time you use it is a rip off. I want to return the device for a refund.

All I want to do is cancel premium service. I am coming to and end of the free trial.
And I dont want to spend the $99.99 yearly subscription.

I had ordered the Fix'D and tried it out during the 7-day trial that was supposed to be 14 days of it, and when it got delivered, I tried it out and it worked great. But I canceled it the next day, the subscription, and somehow a week to two later, I got charged $99 for service when I don't have any active accounts. I want my money returned to my account.

They were taking money from my account that I did not approve. If they give you this option thing, don't go with it, because I got two of them who were supposed to have this other thing for free because I got two.
Then I looked at my account, and they're taking 100 and some dollars out. This is fraud, and I reported it.

You processed my payment before I had a chance to read about the subscription, and when I saw I had to have a subscription, I tried to back out my information, and it had already gone through. I quickly notified the stated email to have them not send me the product and to reverse the charges and cancel whatever just happened.
I am not interested in it, nor do I want to be on a subscription. Please make sure I don't receive the product and am not being charged for this subscription I didn't agree to, and to reverse the funds back into my account. I do apologize for whatever glitch my phone had that didn't allow me to read what I was getting before it took my payment, or I would have never put you guys through this mess, nor put myself through this big headache this is causing me to get this resolved! Thank you.
Please help! I never downloaded the app or any of that, so I shouldn't be on a subscription contract to figure out how to get it stopped.

I saw $20 and thought ok I'll try it. And when I saw the total was $40+ was wondering how it got up to $40 ? Then I saw something about subscription so I was reading it and that's when the charge went through , before I could withdrawal my information, I notified the website it was a mistake and to not send the product and to cancel the subscription I didn't authorize or wanted. . 0

I haven't even hooked the fixed app to my car. I ordered the fixed gadget for standard use, no extras, and they are trying to take $99.99 out of my account, which is going to cause me to turn them in for fraudulent activity, and I will not have access to my debit card.
It's a lose-lose situation.
If I wanted the extras, that is what I would have chosen. I did not, and the $99 charge should be immediately removed from my account.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. I purchase FIXD for my brother, nothing wrong wit FIXD product but my brother has one so I just want to return it.
It’s hard to return online so I have to call them directly. Very nice customer service they fully refunded thanks.
When you purchase FIXD, make sure if for somebody else ask them if they have one because I’m trying to surprise my brother birthday, I purchased FIXD for him but he has FIXD so that why I returned. PS FIXD is good product highly recommended.
I purchased FIXD device for my brother, but my brother has one so I just wanna return it but too much hustle to return it. I dont know why.

I bought 4 fixd items,it seems they signed me up for their premium service with a monthly subscription. I was careful not to subscribe .I never subscribe to auto renewal payments. They are always difficult to cancel.after talking to a fixed re on line they said they would cancel and reimburse me .so I'm waiting to see if they follow through
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. After calling fixed with the phone number you provided,my auto subscription was cancelled and refunded.the fixed representative was very nice and helpful.
Can't find anywhere on their website that lets me cancel. I don't remember even signing for premium.
I bought 4 of them to gift. Almost $200 charges in May alone.
I would like to cancel and get reimbursed. Thank you.

When I ordered the Fixd device, all it said was to pay the special price for that day if I called at that moment. So, I did, and I was only charged $19.99.
Which I thought was great. Then, after using it to check my vehicle for problems, today I look at my account only to find you guys had overdrafted my account without my permission and consent, charging me $100. What kind of business are you running? You're doing things that gangstalkers do and behaving like a member of a gang-stalker group.
On top of that, when I used the device, nowhere in the app did I sign up to pay $99. Put my money back ASAP, or you're looking at a lawsuit.
You've overdrafted my account; this is unacceptable. I want my money now!
