I had ordered the Fix'D and tried it out during the 7-day trial that was supposed to be 14 days of it, and when it got delivered, I tried it out and it worked great. But I canceled it the next day, the subscription, and somehow a week to two later, I got charged $99 for service when I don't have any active accounts. I want my money returned to my account.
- It tells you how to fix the part on the car and tells you the exactly thing wrong with it
- I canceled my subscription and they still charged my account almost two weeks ago

They were taking money from my account that I did not approve. If they give you this option thing, don't go with it, because I got two of them who were supposed to have this other thing for free because I got two.
Then I looked at my account, and they're taking 100 and some dollars out. This is fraud, and I reported it.

I haven't even hooked the fixed app to my car. I ordered the fixed gadget for standard use, no extras, and they are trying to take $99.99 out of my account, which is going to cause me to turn them in for fraudulent activity, and I will not have access to my debit card.
It's a lose-lose situation.
If I wanted the extras, that is what I would have chosen. I did not, and the $99 charge should be immediately removed from my account.

When I ordered the Fixd device, all it said was to pay the special price for that day if I called at that moment. So, I did, and I was only charged $19.99.
Which I thought was great. Then, after using it to check my vehicle for problems, today I look at my account only to find you guys had overdrafted my account without my permission and consent, charging me $100. What kind of business are you running? You're doing things that gangstalkers do and behaving like a member of a gang-stalker group.
On top of that, when I used the device, nowhere in the app did I sign up to pay $99. Put my money back ASAP, or you're looking at a lawsuit.
You've overdrafted my account; this is unacceptable. I want my money now!

You're you're you're paying a little bit more, but less than a $100 for a nice proper one and guarantee that you will still get the codes or whatever is harming. Your vehicle will be shown by this little device. This fixed device might be 20 bucks. But they secretly just charged me a $100 without my consent or authorization. Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Returned items and canceled account.
Asking for information to return two devices on account that I canceled. Online chat wants my credit card.
Why would you want my card to cancel and return? There were three transactions on my bank account, which fraud protection asked me about. I told them the charges were not authorized.
Now I have to get a new card! Send me the information to return.

My device was working like a month ago. I noticed it was not working one day.
I was trying to diagnose a problem in my Ford Ranger. The sensor was not working in the Ford Ranger so I went to my Ford Taurus the same thing I did all the troubleshooting that the Fixd support send me I went on my Bluetooth. It kept telling me that my device was not supported. I sent an email yesterday asked him do I have to get other sensor.
I havent heard nothing since yesterday and on my friend phone too not supported. I just want to know if I get an other sensor with my subscription be valid. it took me to pissed off customer.
I just wanna know if I could buy a other sensor. I have a iPhone 14 I see no reason why it should not be supported if I could just talk to somebody directly all this probably couldve been solved back where First started having this problem at May 11
