Overcharged
I ordered the Fixd for 19.99 with taxes on my card ending in 3640 that was legit charge my bank text me that 105.99 was charged to my card that I didnt authorize

I called and canceled a day after I placed an order. I was informed that day that I would be refunded.
I never received the merchandise, nor have I got my refund. I will report this matter to an attorney if I'm not refunded.

Wrongly charged
I ordered the fixd gadget for $19.99 and with tax.my cash app was charged
$21.19. That was a legit charge.
But there was another charge of $42.38 that I did not authorize. I want my $42.38 put back in my Cash app account immediately. I will give fixd a bad review and verbally discourage equantiences.

Problem was handled almost immediately and to my complete satisfaction. Be complaint / error was strictly on my part and was rapidly corrected by FIXD. I look forward to using the product, and would patronize again.
Purchasing errors just recently made on your website. I only want one, but I believe I ordered several in error 11/4/25
FIXD was very quick and comprehensive on their response.
Actually, they handled the situation exactly as I needed and wanted. They refunded any extra costs caused by my errors essentially immediately upon my completion of this note above. I have purchased a unit that is on its way and I look forward to using it.
Everything is hunky dory and communication was great! I would definitely patronize again.

Resolved: Unauthorized charge
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. Be careful that they don't charge you the premium price without your consent. Watch your bank account.
Was charged a $99 fee without authorization. Good news is once I called, it was refunded quickly. Just keep your eye on your payment method and make sure this doesn't happen to you!

Took 99 out of account unauthorized
Could not contact anybody because it was outside of the business hours. I was told it was 24/7, but evidently, it’s not.
So I guess I’m going to have to go on with my problem until it gets resolved, whenever that is.
Sometime I'll get them in their business hours. I hope it gets resolved; I don’t want any bad problems with them.
