I did a seven-day trial because I was trying to buy a vehicle, and I did not buy the vehicle. I canceled the subscription, and I was charged $99 through Apple and not from my actual credit card, so I need a refund, please.

Why they took 99 dollars out of my bank account

I was paying 9 something a month then they took 99.99 out of my account I didnt know they was going to take that out tried to get money back and they say im not eligible for a refund. So no I wont recommend them to anyone

Still haven't received my refund back

About 1 month ago called to find out about a charge to my account of 104.99, and the lady told me it was for the premium, and I told her that I wanted to cancel that she said it would take 3to 5 days to go back on my account, still haven't received it

Problem was handled almost immediately and to my complete satisfaction. Be complaint / error was strictly on my part and was rapidly corrected by FIXD. I look forward to using the product, and would patronize again.

Purchasing errors just recently made on your website. I only want one, but I believe I ordered several in error 11/4/25

FIXD was very quick and comprehensive on their response.

Actually, they handled the situation exactly as I needed and wanted. They refunded any extra costs caused by my errors essentially immediately upon my completion of this note above. I have purchased a unit that is on its way and I look forward to using it.

Everything is hunky dory and communication was great! I would definitely patronize again.
