Well from speaking to one of your representatives I was told that my apartment number was never added to the carrier to deliver my order to my apartment but the lady I spoke to today said she added my apartment number on the deliver address so I will most definitely receive it this time but just in case things change again God forbid otherwise I will be one upset customer

I've ordered this product, and the only thing I got in the mail was a black case. The second time I ordered this product, it never came at all.

The FIXD unit probably is a great product, however the old plug on my Ford is broken and has no power and it is smashed.

Oh Nothing Happened I just wanted to update to full capacity of use that's all... could some one Please Get Back to Me To Let Me Know?.

They kept sending a link to the help section that I had already reviewed several times. Once I requested a supervisor all communication stopped. I finally just cancelled the Premier service.

I need to return 2 of these fixed testers. I already have one.

I was overcharged for the order. I ordered one and was charged for two.

One was supposed to be 19.99 but I was charged for two, plus more money, which came out to be 50.00.

I would like a refund, please. I will send the two fixed car care kits back.

I never ordered or received the product. I was billed the full amount.

When I requested a refund. I only received a partial refund. This company is a fraud. I tried contacting and got no where.

It was processing fees. Utterly ridiculous since I never received the product. But I am not surprised.

Trying to reach customer support was just as bad. I would give them negative 10.

Hope you dont buy from them.

I ordered a device for $20, and then they took $99 out of my account for no reason that I know of, without my authorization. I want a total refund.

I have written many emails, and they haven't responded. First, they changed me 3 times and took my bank to get my money back, and the issue of the warning light has not been resolved.

FIXD debited my account for $99.99, I did not buy or authorize FIXD to debit my account. Why did you debit my account?

I consider that as a fraudulent transaction. I made an outright purchase of your product back on Dec 1st for $21 cents. That's the only legal transaction I had.

Cancel the transaction of $99.99. I did not authorize or approve it.

Nothing is happening. I have not heard from Fixed. It really makes me upset because they took an entire year at once out of my account, which I was not expecting.

Make the subscription fee less. I don't use it every day or every week or every month.

It needs to be a lower price to have more subscribers! I like to have it more just in case I need it, but I don't use it that much to get my money's worth! Can you lower my subscription price?

I have told a couple of people about fixed, but now it costs more than what I can afford! Thank you in advance for helping me with a lower price!

I have to put in a credit card to register the item. Immediately, two other companies tried to make withdrawals.
